What is the minimum order quantity for bulk matcha wholesale?
We are extreamly flexible and have options for all businesses. We have prepackaged cermonial and culinary grade matcha with only a 500g minimum order.
We also have bulk orders and OEM white labelling service, each with an MOQ of 50kg.
The larger your order the more we can bring the price down, we have small MOQs to help small retailers and independent coffee stores get fairly priced quality matcha.
Do you offer both organic and conventional matcha wholesale options?
ALL our matcha is JAS, ASDA and CERES vertified organic. We do not compromise on production quality or the farming process. We have two grades of matcha available, Ceremonial, and culinary, although one is more expensive than the other, both are certified organic.
What are your lead times for bulk matcha orders in the UK?
Standard lead times are 3-5 working days for stock items under 50kg and 14-28 days for larger custom orders. For smaller order under 20kg we ship next day delivery if ordered before cut off. We maintain prepackaged UK warehouse stock to ensure rapid fulfilment and offer express delivery options for urgent requirements.
Can I request samples before placing a wholesale matcha order?
Of course! We provide free 30g samples of our Brewnova Ceremonial grade matcha, so you can evaluate quality, taste, and colour before committing to bulk purchases. Sample orders typically arrive within 48 hours via express delivery.
What certifications do your bulk matcha products have?
Our matcha holds multiple certifications including USDA Organic, JAS Organic, EU Organic, FSSC 22000 food safety, and Halal certification.
All products include Certificates of Analysis and radiation testing reports for complete traceability. Contact us for certification.
